I think that it'd make sense to add a "Checked out to " option to
the Advanced Find interfaces, so that you could select a user who
has stories checked out, and then refine your search from there. It
would probably be best to enable it with a bricolage.conf
directive, since installs with 100s or 1000s of users probably
wouldn't want this option enabled. It could be enabled by default,
though.

My Workspace: Ability to search within My Workspace only, for folks
that have a lot of stories, media, and templates on the go it would
be helpful to have a "quicksearch" that only searched their
workspace.
