Element Type Manager does not sort alphabetically

Probably related to ticket 190, I just noticed that the Element Type Manager does not properly sort the elements by name or key name. They seems to be sorted in some other order, other than alphabetical.

Hrm. Works great for me. Were you running from a Git clone or the 2.0.0 tarball?

Working fine here too, oddly, from Github master. Sorry for the confusion! :)
